When the first flight to Venus returns to Earth, the enemy crashlands at the Mediterranean near a small Italian fishing village. The natives manage to save the astronauts Colonel Calder, the mission commander. A new boy additionally recovers what turns out to be a noun of an alien creature. Growing at an excellent rate, it eventually threatens the metropolis of Rome and manages to flee.
