The film chronicles the formation of this musical collaboration and the first demos recorded in the Californian desert by - what would become - the Post Pop Depression band, which included Dean Fertita (QOTSA) and Matt Helders (Arctic Monkeys), through to the album's release and subsequent sold-out American and European tour, which included an epic performance at London's Royal Albert Hall.
