Stanley dumb and ollie Dee take to to borrow money in their employer, the toymaker, to cover the mortgage on Mother Peep's shoe off and stay it and Little BoPeep from the clutches of this evil Barnaby. When that fails, they trick Barnaby. Enraged, Barnaby unleashes the bogeymen out of their caverns.
