Overview
When Milla, a sick teenager, falls in love with Moses, a small-time drug dealer, it's the worst thing her parents could imagine. But when Milla's first taste of love gives her a new zest for life, things get messy and traditional morals go out the window. Soon, Milla shows everyone around her, including her parents, Moses, a sensitive music teacher, a young boy who wants to learn how to play the violin, and a pregnant neighbor who is surprisingly honest, how to live like you have nothing to lose. What could have been a disaster for the Finlay family turns out to be a chance to let go and find grace in life's glorious chaos. Babyteeth explores with joy what it means to still be alive and how far people will go for love.
