The Police Chief asks Detective Oh Goo Tak to make a team consisting of criminals to combat brutal crimes that are rising. He's currently suspended from the police force for using excessive force. He then gathers Park Woong Chul who's a gangster downline, Lee Jung Moon who's the youngest killer together with outstanding wisdom. The team is also joined by police Inspector Yoo Mi Young by dealing with them rationally and at times emotionally, and she tries to own those guys work like a team.
