Two talented chefs go head-to-head for the opportunity to Beat Bobby Flay. For at Bobby the chefs must first face off against each other, creating a spectacular dish using a secret component of Bobby's choice. Judges Alex Guarnaschelli and Jeff Mauro understand Bobby's strengths and his weaknesses. Their goal: Select on the chef who has the relevant skills to shoot down Bobby Flay within their own arena. The chef gets to battle Bobby together with his or her trademark dish. If Bobby goes down, the winner could tell the entire world,"I overcome Bobby Flay!"
