Overview
Bionic Woman is an American science fiction tv movie which culminated under GEP Productions NBC Universal Television Group, and David Eick Productions, in 2007, which was created by David Eick. The series turned into a re-imagining of the original tv series, '' The Bionic Woman, created by Kenneth Johnson, which often was based upon the publication Cyborg by Martin Caidin and its television version The Six Million Dollar Man, maintaining its forebears' premise while shooting to a contemporary setting. David Eick functions along with Laeta Kalogridis and Jason Smilovic. Production of the series was stopped due to a strike by the Writers Guild of America causing only eight episodes to be aired. After its collapse it was announced that the series was canceled as the consequence of low evaluations.
The series revolved around bartender Jaime Sommers, who is rescued after receiving experimental implants. While adjusting to her new bionic powers and raising a younger sister, Jaime intends to utilize that Berkut Group, a company which completed her surgery.
