Overview
'Tommy Gibbs is a tough boy who was raised in the ghetto and has aspirations to be a kingpin criminal,' says his father. The young boy's leg gets broken by a on the lam nasty cop who is out to get him on an unplanned payday. He rises to prominence in Harlem, New York, as a result of his vengeance. The acquisition of power, he believes, will be the solution to his wrath against the racist society around him, which includes both criminal and law-abiding citizens.
