Once an artifact known as the"King's Seal" is discharged during transport in Soul Society, Hitsugaya Toushirou is assigned to recover it. Toushirou goes missing after a battle with all the thieves, causing Seireitei to suspect him of treachery. They dictate his capture and implementation. Unwilling to think him capable of this kind of crime, Ichi-go, Rangiku, Rukia, and Renji lay out to find Toushirou.
