When a man recalls his long-lost girlfriend, he becomes blind, but physicians are unable to diagnose any problems with his eyes. They fitted him with an experimental device that uses a computer interface and brain electrodes to enable him to see. Meanwhile, a taxi driver is transporting young women to their apartments, providing them with gas, and performing a dangerous amateur operation on them. When their paths cross, the blind guy must try to stop the maniac.
