Ray Garrison is resurrected by a team of scientists following his and his wife's assassination. He becomes a superhuman, biotech killing machine-Bloodshot-after undergoing nanotechnology enhancements. Ray has no recollection of his previous life while he trains with fellow super-soldiers. However, when his memories rush back and he recalls the guy who murdered him and his wife, he escapes out of the facility to exact revenge, only to learn that the scheme is more complicated than he imagined.
