This gritty inner-city drama depicts a number of characters living in a problematic New Jersey neighborhood, most notably Nick Rinaldi, a disillusioned contractor who has been aided throughout his life by his affluent father. Additionally, Asteroid, an unstable homeless person, and Wynn, an idealistic young politician, are featured in this ensemble drama about urban violence and corruption.
