A weird medical examination of a naked woman by multiple doctors and scientists reveals that their latest test subject committed suicide prior to giving birth to one of the mutant animals they had implanted in her body. In search of a fresh donor/victim in the form of a young girl, an investigating team of scientists (accompanied by a gigantic human mutant cyclops beast) enters the city streets. Gore and Z-Grade mayhem ensue.
