An active executive (Ted Danson) learns within a meeting his mommy may be expiring and dying home on her side. He eventually ends up to be his father's caretaker and becomes closer to him (Jack Lemmon) than previously. Estranged from their own son (Ethan Hawke), the executive comes to appreciate everything was missing within their own life.
