Overview
In 1931, after the success of the film Battleship Potemkin, Soviet filmmaker Sergei Eisenstein Journeys to the city of Guanajuato, Mexico, to shoot at a film that is new. Freshly rejected by Hollywood, Eisenstein falls under Mexico's spell. Chaperoned by his direct Palomino Cañedo, that the manager opens up to his suppressed anxieties as he embraces.
