Overview
Are government surveillance cameras killing people? Is it a government strategy to repress the opposition, or have terrorists taken over our security system? After another big terrorist strike, the US implements a massive surveillance program in which every camera in the country is linked into the ODIN system (for Optical Defense Intelligence Network). In the name of security, law enforcement, and keeping America secure, millions of mobile, robotic surveillance cameras called "Eyeborgs" watch for suspicious behavior. After a series of unusual murders where physical evidence doesn't match camera recordings, a DHS agent becomes dubious of the system. He must work outside the system to discover who controls the Eyeborgs.
