Firefighter Jesse Graves has to save ornithologist Jennifer and other people caught in a forest fire, which was set up by Earl Shaye's lawyer. Shaye escaped from prison with several of his inmates pretending to be firefighters in order to get back $37 million worth of loot that had been hidden in the forest.
