Phil Broker is a former DEA agent who has gone through a crisis after his actions against a biker gang went wrong and it cost the life of his boss' son. He's recently widowed and can be left with a daughter. He decides to quit the lifetime of thrill for Maddy's sake and retires to a little town. His daughter and a boy who had been bullying her school fight off and this puts a round of events which end in his confrontation with the Meth drug lord. His history with the biker gang enters the arena. But he's got a mission in his thoughts to guard his daughter and he's prepared to pay any cost that it demands.
