Eddie Kenner (Robert Stack) has been given a special mission by the Army to get the inside story on Sandy Dawson (Robert Ryan), a former GI who has formed a gang of fellow servicemen and Japanese sailors. They utilize their muscle to shoot over the pachinko racket of Tokyo and commit a string of train robberies deliveries of military ammunition.
