Mandy Moore stars as Halley, a young hip high school student who's convinced love does not exist depending on the mad relationships around her. Her mother and her father who's currently dating are divorcing. A marriage is being planned by her sister but has second thoughts and also her very best friend has fallen madly in love departing Halley to feel even more alone.
