Don Knotts is Hollis Figg, the dumbest bookkeeper in the area. When the city fathers purchase a second-hand computer to hide their financial roguishness, they advertise Figg to look after points, knowing he'll never ever catch on. Their strategy backfires when Figg becomes self-important and also inadvertently discovers their story.
