During Spring Break, Taylor, a former juvenile delinquent, convinces straight-A student Cammi to go on a road trip with her and her friends through the California desert with them. It doesn't matter what bad things Cammi tells them, so the 8 friends drink a lot as they get farther and farther away from civilization on old Route 66 with a killer after them. It gets more and more scary as each stop on the way gets weirder and weirder until the group ends up at a long abandoned amusement park with a mysterious past far off the main highway. During their trip to the park, the group finds out that it has old carnival rides broken down and a lot more. There are also shocking surprises and the smell of death. A young tattooed serial killer named Spider is very appealing.
