I (Takumi Kitamura) am a senior school student. I eventually obtain a journal by my class mate Sakura Yamauchi (Minami Hamabe) that reveals she's afflicted by a pancreatic disorder. I spent some time however, she dies. 1-2 years later, thanks to Sakura's voice, '' I (Shun Oguri) am now a senior school teacher at precisely exactly the same school at which I graduated from. While I consult with my student, I remember a few months I spent with Sakura. Meanwhile, Kyoko (Keiko Kitagawa), who had been Sakura's friend, will wed. Kyoko also recalls the days she spent with Sakura personally and me.
