In New York, individuals are murdered and strangled to death cruelly over the street that was open. All witnesses agree that the murderer was in the uniform of a cop. Soon the police searches and finds a suspect in a unique rankings: Jack Forrest, switched in by their wife. He has to investigate on their own, to prove his innocence.
