Baek Shi-Yoon is a former undercover agent. He is a human weapon who has received extensive training. He purchases the pub "Neighborhood" and runs it as the proprietor while concealing his past. At his pub, he becomes close with the regulars and empathizes with their suffering. Baek Shi-Yoon encounters a young man who works as a temp. The youth desires a career as a police officer. The young man is trained as a secret agent by Baek Shi-Yoon, and together they fight against evil.
