It's been a long time since Caine, Bronson, Angus, and Wendell, aka 'The Chain Breakers,' escaped the hellish Vietnamese POW camp. They now share a new prison, The Hogan Hills Retirement Home for Returned Veterans. Each of the boys has an unfulfilled dream that he hopes to realize. As a result, they band together to devise a strategy to escape this new hell. But the rules of engagement have shifted; in fact, they can't recall what they were, which is half the problem.
