Sent to a drunken tail spin when his whole unit is killed by a gang of thrill-seeking punks, disgraced Hong Kong police inspector Wing (Jackie Chan) needs help from his new rookie partner, with a troubled past of their own, to scale out of the jar and track down the gang along with its own callous leader.
