Set against the background of a significant drug cartel bust, and the show follows two non steroidal cops who have spent too much time in a car together, two criminals who are largely kept at night, two dispatch workers who haven't really clicked along with 2 Mexican tunnelers who are in far too small a space believing they have only just met.
