In Berlin during WWII, the Nazi regime is trying to create a drug which may reanimate the deceased as a way to make use of them in the war attempt. Feeling is aroused by toulon as a Nazi dissident, and his secret is discovered. Throughout a raid on his home, the beautiful wife of Toulon is killed. Toulon vows revenge, with the help of their puppets that are animated.
