Overview
This comedic caper is directed by Gerald Thomas, who is most known for his work on the film "Carry On." James Robertson Justice, Sid James, Leslie Phillips, Kenneth Williams, Liz Fraser, and Eric Barker all make early appearances in the film. The comedy at the center of this movie is around a group of music students who decide to pool their resources and move into a shared apartment so that they may save money and have a place to practice their instruments. When Mervyn Hughes (Phillips), the main character, inadvertently sells one of his pieces to an advertising agency, the situation becomes complicated and he runs the risk of losing his scholarship. Is it possible for him and his pals to find a means to acquire the necessary funds to purchase the music rights back?
