When Annie (Lily Anne Harrison) and Ralph (Brian Ames) Savage purchase their dream home, their bliss is shattered by their eccentric realtor, Meg (Christie Burson), who frequently shows up at their door unannounced and is obsessed with their relationship. Annie and Ralph are increasingly uncomfortable with Meg's conduct and attempt to push her away, but Meg refuses to leave peacefully, alleging that someone is plotting the Savages' destruction. When Meg continues to appear in their lives, the police are called in and Meg is arrested. However, when Meg gives Annie a packet of facts about the house that demonstrates prior homeowners had been targeted by a lethal prowler, Annie begins to doubt whether Meg is truly insane or merely attempting to save their lives.
