40-year-old Bertrand has been experiencing depression for the last two decades and is barely able to keep his head above water. Despite the drug he gulps down all day, every day, and his wife's encouragement, he's unable to discover any significance in his lifetime. By linking an all-male synchronised swimming club curiously, he will end up finding this feeling of purpose at the children's pool.
