Colombian drug kingpin Jesús Morales secretly pays to the help of a sniper nicknamed"The Devil," with the capacity of killing one-by-one the enemies of anyone who dominates him. Morales grows stronger and increases control of smuggling routes, with no adversaries left alive. The DEA sends representative Kate Estrada, who is after Morales for years, and Marine sniper Brandon Beckett to Colombia. Their mission: Kill"The Devil" and attract Morales back to the US to be tried for his offenses.
