An android fighting-machine (Mario Van Peebles) is charged with destroying a small brigade of rebels at a LatinAmerican war who are struggling to keep up their freedom and protect their own village. Unlike his programming, Peebles decides to stay and assist the rebels within his or her own plight. Having gained this advice, his"founders" develop an even powerful android to try and conquer him.
