It's 1974 and everything has been lost by Sam Bicke. His wife leaves him together with his three kids, he is fired by his boss his brother turns away from himand the bank will not give any money to start anew to him. He attempts to find a person to blame for his misfortunes and comes up with the President of america who he plans to murder.
