Overview
Texan Charles Farmer left the Air Force to rescue the family ranch when his dad died. Like most American ranchers, his own bank is owed by him. Unlike most, he's an astrophysicist using a rocket in his barn - but he has assembled and wants to consider space. It's his dream. The FBI places him when he tries to purchase rocket fuel, and the FAA stalls him when he records a flight plan -- but Charles is undeterred.
