Angela Barrows, an American businesswoman dispatched to Edinburgh by her American employer, is a man-eating businesswoman. It is on this journey that she meets Robert MacPherson, the CEO of a company that is looking for her help in modernizing their business. Although management has other plans, a conflict soon breaks out between the old ways of doing business and those of Mr. Martin's personnel.
