An Episcopal Bishop, Henry Brougham, was working for an elaborate cathedral which he expects will likely be taken care of largely with a tenacious widow. He's losing sight of the reason the reason he became a churchman at the first place and of his loved ones. Enter Dudley, an angel sent to help him. Dudley helps every one he meets, however, maybe not . With the exclusion of Henry, he is loved by everyone , but Henry begins to believe that Dudley is there to displace him at work and within the affections of his family, as Christmas approaches.
