Emily is a three-year cancer survivor who is currently in remission. Nina, her best friend, decides to take a weekend trip to get away from her anxiety of falling sick again. Six buddies get together at a country vacation home for a weekend of partying and drinking. They quickly discover that the occupants are a group of disturbing rednecks who terrorize and humiliate travelers after being cut off from the rest of the world. At the same time, a paranormal monster known as the faceless man terrorizes the house, pushing the friends to their limits in the process.
