Construction workers in World War II from the Pacific have been needed to develop sites that were military, but the task is dangerous and also they doubt the ability of the Navy to protect them. After a succession of attacks by the Western, something new is tried, Construction Battalions (CBs=Seabees). The CBs have to build and plan to fight.
