Overview
It's 1882 and the Gilded Age is in full speed when Marian Brook, a young orphaned child of a Southern general, relocate with her rigidly traditional aunts in New York City. With the help of Peggy Scott, an African-American woman masquerading as her housemaid, Marian obtains caught up in the stunning lives of her abundant neighbors as she struggles to determine in between adhering to the regulations or creating her very own path.
