Frank Starkey and nick were both policemen. A scandal forced Nick to leave the force, a serial killer gets driven the police to take him back. An internet that includes Frank's wife, bribery, and corruption all are at the background because Nick finally must put a trap minus the police, and tries to discover the secret of where the killer will strike next.
