Overview
In the 1970s, Korea is under the ultimate control of President Park, who is in charge of the KCIA, the organization having the upper hand over all government branches. The KCIA director, KIM Gyu-pyeong, appears to be the most likely candidate for second-in-command. Former KCIA director PARK Yong-gak, who knows all about the government's clandestine operations, flees to the United States, where the 'Koreagate' inquiry is underway. As the tension builds, all second-in-commands engage in suffocating political maneuvering.
