Dr. Leon Kravaal creates a potential cancer treatment using the freezing of the patient. However, the experiment goes awry when authorities suspect Kravaal of murdering a patient. Kravaal freezes himself and the government authorities. They are subsequently discovered and brought back to life in the hopes that Kravaal can actually complete his cure. However, human greed and frailty combine to derail the effort.
