Johnson, who works for the Liquor Control Department, finds the remote Cuckoo Bird Inn after escaping from a group of cruel moonshiners and an unknown killer. He realizes there that he has to find out who the killer is before the police do, or else the crazy people who live in the inn will put him on display in the creepy Chapel of the Dead.
