Lillie, a determined American woman, ventures over seas to combine Dr. Jude at a remote medical mission at the Ottoman Empire (now Turkey). However, Lillie shortly finds himself at odds with Jude Woodruff, and the mission's creator, if she drops as the war is all about to moan.
