Small town book store owner Jamie Vaughn learns that other local businesses that are fighting and hers face closure by a robust Portland property developer, headed by former and architect fire Sawyer O'Dell. Jamie must not only hatch a heartfelt intend to rescue her book store as Valentine's Day approaches and closure appears imminent, but she must sort out her feelings for Sawyer.
