Overview
FBI agent Joel Campbell, burntout and shellshocked later years spent pursuing serial killers, flees L.A. to start a new life for himself in Chicago. But five months after, Joel's best laid plans have been cut short when his brand new hometown becomes the atmosphere for a few gruesome murders-- even murders which could just have been committed by one man: David Allen Griffin. One of Joel nemeses, Griffin is now followed closely his pursuer into Chicago to play a sadistic game of cat and mouse. Taunting Joel with photographs of his victims so as to hold the police at bay and departing his crime scenes with no clues, Griffin derives as much fun from watching as watching his sufferers, Joel react to each movement perish. However, if Griffin moves to Joel's inner ring, Joel must immediately find some way someone near to him becomes the one to perish to stop him.
