Dick Romans is a disgraced television host whose wife abandons him the day before their tenth wedding anniversary. Dick decides to go forward with the week-long party... by himself, alone with his thoughts, his dog, and a ton of booze. The seven event-filled days became Dick's reluctant vision quest, complete with strange characters, awkward romance, and some long-overdue self-introspection.
