The Time Enforcement Commission (TEC) is still running strong twenty years after a series of occurrences. Now Brandon Miller, a TEC operator, believes they have a responsibility to alter history in the hope of making the world a better place. However, Ryan Chan, another TEC operative, stops him and kills the woman he loves in the process.
